Three Bees in Queen Anne's lace

I began this painting with the intention of it being a field of Bee Balm. I soon saw a resemblance of Queen Anne’s Lace begin to emerge, and added flecks of goldenrod are glimpsed throughout, as the two often grow near one another. 16”x20” Acrylic on Canvas 2024 Kristen Pobatschnig
